- Admission is valid for 3 hours; for longer stays, an additional charge is payable at the ticket desk for each started 30-minute period
- A surcharge of EUR 1.00 per person is payable at the ticket desk on weekends and public holidays
- Reduced admission: children aged 6 to 17, school pupils, full-time students, trainees, FSJ/BFD participants and severely disabled persons with a GdB of 80 or more
- Family ticket: only for parents with their own children who qualify for reduced admission; a maximum of two people can be charged at the reduced rate
