Important information
- For packages including the cable car, collect your cable-car ticket and fondue voucher at the valley station ticket office
- The temperature in the igloo is between –3 and +3 °C. We recommend wearing ski clothing and warm, well-insulated shoes; jeans and street shoes are not suitable
- Alcohol-free, gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan fondue is also available on request in advance
- Dogs are welcome; bring a warm mat for your dog
- Smoking is prohibited in the igloos
- The cable car runs until 17:00. Igloo guests can use an additional uphill journey at 19:30 and downhill journeys at 19:30, 21:45 and 22:00 without a reservation; on Fridays and Saturdays, the cable car also runs every 15 minutes from 17:00 to 22:00 from 18 December 2026 to 27 March 2027
- The Unter dem Birg valley station cannot be reached by public transport in the evening (last bus at 17:40). If you are travelling by public transport in the evening, we recommend booking a taxi at least 2 days in advance
