Description
In this puzzle adventure, you and your team move independently through Solothurn. You receive clues on your smartphone, encounter exciting challenges, and explore the city’s diverse sights. Additional interactive puzzles with augmented reality—overlays and content via the smartphone camera—support you.
Your goal is to crack the secret code together and stop the criminal from erasing Solothurn’s history. You’re free to choose your route.
The criminal’s message is as follows:
- He has planted a Trojan in Solothurn’s city computer system that’s currently installing.
- This software will delete all digitised texts containing the word "Solothurn," wiping out the city’s history.
- Only a secret code can stop the installation of this software.
You start the timer, solve puzzles at various locations through teamwork, and chat with the mad criminal. You collaborate closely to solve each puzzle.
Along the way, visit the historic old town with the 11 o’clock and the clock tower, as well as the Loreto Chapel. The criminal presents his challenges to you there in the form of puzzles.
You can visit the puzzle locations in any order. Together, you decide on the fastest route and best strategy. The entire route is about 4 km long. At the end, you assemble the collected puzzle pieces and find the solution.
