Description
The chocolate workshop at Funky Chocolate Club Interlaken invites you into their in-house Chocolate Laboratory. There, you’ll learn step by step how to temper, melt, pour, and mold chocolate. You'll also discover more about the origin of chocolate and practice identifying different flavours and qualities.
Under the guidance of chocolatiers, you craft and decorate your own chocolate pieces with various ingredients. In between, you’re encouraged to taste freely and enjoy the playful atmosphere of the small chocolate workshop. At the end, you take your cooled creations home as a sweet reminder of your workshop in Interlaken.
You can collect your pralines 90 minutes after the workshop ends.

Wonderful experience! The chocolate shoppe is worth a visit on its own, but the class tops it off. Our instructor was informative, sweet and fun, and the intimate setting made it easy to meet new people, learn new things and bring home delicious chocolate. A very fun hour and a half — highly recommend!
