Description
This roasting workshop shows you how coffee was roasted back in the day. You'll tour the Adelboden roastery, home to the modern Probat roaster.
You'll also observe the further processing of the roasted coffee into milk coffee, just as it was a hundred years ago. Then it's time to taste: you sample coffees prepared in various classic methods from an original Italian espresso machine. An aperitif called 'Wildstrubel' completes your experience at the coffee roastery.
