Vom kleinen Dorf Medeglia wandert man durch Birkenwälder, vorbei an einer Moorlandschaft und durchs ehemalige Militärgebiet zur Alpe Davrosio. Ein schöner Höhenweg führt zum Aussichtspunkt beim Motto della Croce. Ziel der einen und Start der weiteren Etappe bildet die schöne Berghütte Capanna Monte Bar.
