In this movement programme, we give our body tone, energy and presence. The key is a healthy balance between tension and relaxation, a balance of mobilisation and stabilisation, and an awareness of the body and thus of ourselves. A useful balance to your own everyday life. As a trained body-awareness coach, Yvette is keen to create a balanced programme of mobility, balance, coordination, play and fun. When the weather is fine, we like to spend the lesson in the forest or on the sports field. You are always welcome for a trial lesson.
