Unspunnen Castle Ruins

Here you will find the Unspunnen castle ruins on the Bödeli between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. It is known as a historic place and lies in a region with plenty of history. The castle was the site of the 1805 Unspunnen Festival. This festival celebrated the reconciliation of town and country at the end of the Helvetic Republic.
