You work in a beauty clinic and are celebrating the annual clinic party with your colleagues in a restaurant. The strict head physician, Dr. Stark, is a well-known cosmetic surgeon. The charming senior physician Dr. Frank Süden is a specialist in breast augmentation and is constantly having affairs with the nurses. The insecure assistant doctor Dr. Daniel Klein tries in vain to please the head physician and the simple-minded nurse Vanessa Engel with a strikingly large bust size wants to win back Dr. Süden, who recently broke up with her. A number of celebrities from the worlds of sport, fashion and culture are in the room as guests, as a promotional film for the clinic is to be shot today.
