The imposing residential and merchant's house dates from the 14th century. It is characterised by the unusually deep overhanging half-hipped roof and the typical lifting door. Between 1613 and 1615, the building was extensively remodelled and extended with a stately rear house. The wooden oriel with three gargoyles dates from 1707. Also preserved are a richly appointed interior with painted decorations and the late Baroque exterior decoration of 1734 with allegories and ornamentation.
