À propos de ce lieu
Here you will find the Museum Henry Dunant in the spa resort of Heiden. It is dedicated to the life and work of Henry Dunant, the initiator of the ICRC and co-founder of the Red Cross and Red Crescent movement. The exhibition is multilingual and inclusive. The museum is located in the former district hospital of Heiden, where Dunant lived for his last 18 years until his death in 1910 as a resident. In the «present-day wing», the museum addresses current humanitarian topics. You can thus connect Dunant’s values with today’s questions.
