The Vals spring has a long tradition dating back to the 17th century. The Vals3000 ski area extends from Vals to the Dachberg at 2900 m above sea level, which is accessible by cable car. The Zervreila reservoir with the Zervreilahorn is a popular excursion destination. The 8 km long road leading there is accessible by scooter in summer and by sledge in winter.
