“Very interesting for grandparents and grandchildren”

Samedan
Samedan lies in the middle of the Upper Engadine north of St. Moritz and is spoiled by the sun. The town is the hub of the Rhaetian Railway and is located at the highest airfield in Europe. Culture lovers get their money's worth in Samedan. The village has an exciting museum, an old Romanesque library, the famous church tower "La Tuor" and a very traditional village center. Due to its unique location, there are countless leisure activities in winter as well as in summer. In summer Samedan is especially popular with glider pilots.
