“Tour guide was very good, switching from both English to German.”
Saint-Ursanne
Saint Ursanne is a historic small town situated between two Jura chains in the wooded, narrow valley of the Doubs. Saint-Ursanne is reached via the Saint-Jean Népomucène bridge. Its medieval townscape is characterized by burgher houses from the 14th to the 16th century. Also three old city gates are still the entrances to the city. Also worth seeing are the old collegiate church and the early Gothic cloister from the 14th century. North of the city you can see the ruins of a castle, which was first mentioned in the 13th century.

on Lindt Home of Chocolate Museum Ticket“Amazing time. Money well spent on guide with my travel companion not interested in this activity I was thankful I had someone with me encouraging me and giving me so much historical and local history. I just wish I had known I needed my wallet to on the adventure. I had no idea it didn’t end anywhere near the start! Ithink communication should be improved so tourists know you need to plan your way back UP to the starting point to retrieve your belongings or return your rental shoes, etc. Options area) $7 1way cable car ticket UP to Murren, or 45 min hike back UP to Murren. This was not clear for anyone in our group.”
