Description
Express your feelings even more deeply with the finest Cailler chocolate. In this workshop, you can create a delicious heart-shaped chocolate bar for your loved ones and personalize it with spices and ingredients to suit your taste.
Afterwards, the chocolatiers will reveal the secret of chocolate crystallization to you. By the end of this course, your two hearts will be beautifully packaged, and you can take home the Cailler apron.
Swiss Activities Tip
From Broc, you can reach the Tibet Museum about 7 km south of Maison Cailler. You'll find it in the heart of the medieval town of Gruyères. By public transport, you're there in less than half an hour. The collection of Buddhist sacred art is one of the largest in the world.
