Description
The funicular takes about three minutes from Saint Imier to the top station of Mont Soleil. The funicular can transport up to 60 people on one trip.
- Bottom station: Saint-Imier (828 m a.s.l.)
- Mountain station: Mont-Soleiln (1179 m a.s.l.)
Mont Soleil is a popular excursion mountain for families in the Bernese Jura. You will find here in summer the possibility to jet through the nature with a Velectro, a Segway or a Trott'energy. In winter there is a mini ski area for the little ones. The ski slope is about 120 meters long. Popular are the toboggan rides by moonlight
