About this route
Bis zur Eröffnung der Axenstrasse im Jahr 1865 war der Seeweg vorherrschend. Die Reise mit dem Dampfschiff ist noch heute ein Erlebnis der speziellen Art. Von der Schifflände Flüelen geht es dann zu Fuss weiter in den Urner Kantonshauptort Altdorf.
