• The Grindelwaldbus is wheelchair accessible and features low-floor entry and a ramp, making access easier.
• Wheelchairs up to a maximum of 1.20 meters in length and a total weight of up to 250 kg are allowed.
• Boarding and alighting are through the second bus door, and it is recommended to register your trip in advance so staff can assist if needed.
• Strollers can be brought along without issue.

• Dogs are allowed on the buses, generally requiring a leash.
• Small dogs up to 30 cm are free of charge if kept in a transport container throughout the journey. The container must fit under your seat.
• Dogs without containers and all dogs over 30 cm shoulder height require a valid dog ticket: half the price of the second class or the minimum fare (dog day pass, dog pass). They must sit under the seat to avoid blocking the passage for other passengers.
