Adults – Lightly Advanced:
- Safe braking and controlling speed on easy slopes
- Switching between heel edge and toe edge while riding
- First direction changes on blue runs
- Introduction to safe lifting with drag lifts
- Exercises to improve balance and posture on the board
Adults – Advanced:
- Short turns with precise edge control
- Riding steeper slopes with more confidence
- Basics for jumps and simple tricks
- Introduction to using snow parks
Blue Prince/Princess:
