Telemark Private Lessons in Scuol

The lessons are aimed at Telemark skiers of all levels. You will learn the authentic Telemark technique from a qualified Telemark instructor.

Private lessons allow for individual attention. The focus of the ski school is to combine the enjoyment of Telemark with learning success and safety. The lessons can be tailored to specific needs.

Adults - Beginners (Telemark):

• Introduction to Telemark equipment and its special features.
• Getting used to the specific technique of the knee bend (Telemark position).
• First gliding attempts and safe braking.
• Practicing simple turns on flat terrain.

Adults - Stem Turn (Telemark):

• Learning the Telemark stem turn for controlled braking and steering.
• Safe turns in Telemark position on blue pistes.
• Improving balance and posture during the turn.
• Introduction to rhythmic skiing.

Adults - Parallel Turn (Telemark):

• Transitioning from the stem turn to parallel skiing in Telemark technique.
• Control and stability in the Telemark position on red pistes.
• Refining edge control and swing dynamics.
• Introduction to carving with Telemark skis.

Adults - Advanced (Telemark):

• Dynamic carving in Telemark technique on red and black pistes.
• Perfecting the technique in changing terrain conditions.
• Introduction to freeriding with Telemark skis.
• Improved balance and technique for deep snow and challenging descents.
