Eine der beliebtesten Mountainbike-Routen im Zentralwallis steigt von Crans-Montana hinauf zur Alp Merdechon und zur Cabane de la Tièche. Weiter über die gleichnamige Hochebene und über vielseitige, teilweise anspruchsvolle Trails geht es hinunter nach Leuk/Susten.
