Description
The best way to experience Switzerland's winter panorama is by skiing. This ski course in the Männlichen ski area is perfect for improving your skiing. Under the guidance of a ski instructor, you will improve your skiing skills in a beautiful setting. The course is available for groups of 3 or more.
Course objectives
Intermediate:
- Safe skiing on easy slopes with changes of direction in the plough position Plough turns
- Side-sliding
- Controlled skiing on easy slopes in the plough position and transition to the parallel ski position
Advanced:
- Parallel turn slid
- Skiing on medium-difficulty slopes in parallel ski position with different radii
- short turn
Expert:
- Dynamic, safe skiing on different slopes with cut turns
- Carve turns
- Safe and controlled skiing on and off the piste
- Turns between the gates
- Parallel turns off-piste

Important information
- Course time: 10:00–13:00, meeting point at 09:40 at Männlichen mountain station
- Lessons run from Saturday to Wednesday, with start dates on Saturday, Sunday or Monday
- From the age of 6, you need a ski pass for the gondola to the meeting point; the journey from Grindelwald Terminal takes around 25 minutes
- The course runs with at least 3 participants; otherwise, the ski school offers private lessons at an additional cost
- Bring: ski clothing, ski equipment, ski pass
