No me dejó comprar los boletos a la primera vez, lo volví a intentar y la página se congeló y a la media hora me llegaron un correo electrónico que decía compra exitosa con los boletos. El problema es que eran boletos para el día siguiente, nos mandaron boletos para otro día cuando nosotros íbamos a estar en Suiza sólo un día por lo que no pudimos aprovechar ni un museo y tuvimos que comprar un boleto para el transporte también. 0 estrellas.
Hola Javier, Lamentamos que el pago no haya funcionado en el primer intento. Esto puede deberse a varios factores, como por ejemplo problemas de conexión a Internet. Sin embargo, en nuestro sistema solo tenemos una reserva a tu nombre, con la fecha que seleccionaste tú mismo. No modificamos las fechas elegidas por los clientes, por lo que supongo que probablemente hubo un error al elegir la fecha durante la reserva.
