• Cut-off (how far in advance must the customer book at the latest?)
• Prices per category (adults, children, rental, etc.)

When a customer makes a booking with Swiss Activities, they receive a confirmation email with all important information. This also includes your contact details, so they can contact you directly if they have questions.

Yes, the customer pays the same amount with us as if they were booking directly with you. This is just as important for you as it is for us. If prices are different at various locations, the customer will notice, leading to complaints and misunderstandings. This way, we both run the risk of losing a returning customer.

Customers have the option to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity at Swiss Activities. If you want to list a non-cancellable activity, we can accommodate that. However, our experience has shown that we mediate more bookings for activities that offer the possibility of cancellation. If you need to cancel the booking, you can do so. Inform the customer immediately and let us know so that we can initiate a refund.

If we receive a request for a subsequent cancellation via our cancellation form, we never issue a refund without first consulting with you. To prevent fraud, we always obtain your consent to confirm the customer's account. Only when we have your OK do we issue a refund afterwards.

If you want to become a leisure partner of Swiss Activities and list your offers, the following steps are to be taken:

• First, register as a leisure partner.
• Fill out a form for each activity you want to list. You will receive the link after we have confirmed your registration.
• We write and record your activities usually within two weeks.
• Once the activities are live, we will inform you by email.

After you have registered as a leisure partner with us, we will send you a form through which you can enter your activities. To beable to list them, we need the following information from you:

• Details about the reservation system (if available)
• Title of the activity
• Link to the activity
• At least 4 photos per activity
• Information on dates, times, and duration, if you do not use a reservation system
• Any information on age, languages, weight, etc.
• Suitability of the activity: dog, stroller, wheelchair, families, etc.
• Exact meeting point

Yes, you can withdraw from the contract at any time. There is no minimum contract duration and there are no costs arising from the cancellation.

If you have changes in content or want to adjust prices - provided you do not use a reservation system - you can inform us by email.

After each booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the customer's details. There you will find their name, email address, and phone number to contact them.

The payment of all outstanding amounts is made after the service date and is automatically transferred at the beginning of the following month. All bookings that took place in the previous month are billed together in a single payment.
