Klosters paragliding with private pilot half day

• Ride the Gotschna cable car up the mountain with your pilot
• Walk 10-20 min to the launch site
• Start with a few steps together with your pilot
• Glide gently through the air with the pilot
• Enjoy an extra long paragliding flight or two shorter flights
• Land safely near the Gotschnabahn valley station

You meet the pilot at the valley station of the Gotschna cable car in Klosters and go with him to the Gotschna. After a short hike of 10-20 min you will arrive at the launch site.

The paragliding flight takes place as a long thermal flight of about 60 min, if possible. Alternatively you experience two shorter flights in the flight area between Parsenn and Klosters. The flight is mostly calm. But if you want more action, the pilot will show you how to steer the glider. If you like, you can even perform a few freestyle maneuvers yourself.

At the end you will land again near the Gotschnabahn valley station. In total, you'll spend half a day with your private pilot.

Practical information:

• Public parking at the valley station

• The flight can only take place in moderate wind conditions and dry weather. If the weather is unsuitable, you will be informed directly by the organizer the evening before.

• Passengers over 110 kg weight, over 65 years old and persons with slight health restrictions: please inform the provider

Paragliding has its beginnings in 1948, when a NASA scientist developed the first paragliders from dirty cloth. Today's high-tech paragliders are much safer and also faster than back then. Their speed range is about 22 to 55 km/h.
