Extensive castle ruins. Probably a church castellum, converted into a castle in the 11th century by the Counts of Bregenz, in the 14th century owned by the lords of Aspermont, in 1344 passed to the Counts of Toggenburg, castle and church abandoned in the 16th century. (Source: Burgenverein.ch)
