Today, the Crest vineyard, located in the foothills of the land around Geneva, covers more than 15 hectares. Numerous grape varieties are grown here, from Chasselas to Cabernet and Merlot. The old vaulted cellar, dug out by François-Jules Micheli in 1823, was refitted in 1994 to revive the pressing of the harvest at the castle - an ancient tradition - while using cutting-edge technology. The cellar is open all year Monday to Friday from 17.00 to 19.00 Saturday from 10.00 to 12.00
