On Denkfahrten at lofty heights, on Switzerland’s slowest chairlift on the Kerenzerberg, the well-equipped seminar toolbox comes along too. That gets stagnant ways of thinking moving. Choose from 8 different DenkFahrten: 1. Brainstorming-Fahrt On the two-seater chairlift, you look for ideas on a specific topic in pairs during the ride. Up on the mountain, you evaluate these ideas together as a team for further work. 2. Lösungs-Fahrt In pairs, you discuss possibilities, develop solution variants and record the next steps. 3. Dialog-Fahrt This ride is ideal for an intensive exchange on a specific topic for two. Or for classic employee appraisal meetings too. 4. Hör-Fahrt Participants receive a text in audiobook form and listen to it during the chairlift ride. You can easily do several rounds for this. An uphill or downhill ride takes 20 minutes each. 5. Pausen-Fahrt Tasks await seminar participants at both the valley and mountain stations. The chairlift ride is designed as a break ride. Healthy break snacks travel in the toolbox too. 6. Inspirations-Fahrt Participants are tasked with drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature. Simply enjoy the moment and pay attention to the sounds and smells of nature, letting them sink in. Sometimes less is more. They can record their thoughts and perceptions in the diary provided. 7. Visions-Fahrt Visions are easier to develop when you are on the move. Seminar participants develop fragments of a vision for the company, a project or a topic. Well suited to boards, management teams and senior staff. Ideally, this process starts on the DenkWeg and ends on the DenkBahn. High up on the mountain, the vision elements are brought together as a team. 8. Botschaft-Fahrt On this ride, a particular message is meant to be anchored in employees’ minds: a slogan, a credo, an important line from the mission statement, and so on is called from one seat to the next. From front to back and back again. The sentence may not reach the last seat exactly as it was intended at the start. Those responsible can build that straight into the experience.
