A museum for social cohesionMany associations in Switzerland, as well as the three museums of the HAM Foundation, do admirable work in preserving military equipment. Musée Fort de Chillon is, however, the only museum that honours the Swiss soldiers who were ready to live in extreme conditions to defend their country and its values - for more than 175 years.Musée Fort de Chillon is a Swiss concentration- Of our culture- Of our linguistic diversity (beside it, an example of a presentation panel and the languages offered for most of the museum’s interactive elements).- Of the values of duty to our homeland,- Of our ingenuity and our Swiss know-how in all fields,- Of our ability to work together, to fraternise and to defend ourselves despite our differences.
