Since 1893, the open wooden carriages have been travelling up from Stans towards Stanserhorn at a leisurely pace. From the intermediate station, the cable car with its open upper deck is one of the main attractions. It feels special to experience the ride past the pylons up on the roof of the double-decker panoramic cabin. Simply enjoy the wind and the views without having any cables above your head. On the summit walk, you meet rangers who are happy to help you identify flowers and mountains. Halfway along, marmots are waiting too, as is the summit restaurant «Rondorama», which rotates on its own axis. Information Height: 1'898 m a.s.l.
