At the beginning of 2016, Philip Herrmann and Willi Eppenberger discover a very special treasure in the cellar, the very last bottle of Ueli Bitter. Delighted by its unique taste, they decipher the traditional family recipe. Ueli Bitter is now back on the market, but for trademark reasons under its current name. We run the business as a hobby with 3 generations together. So it is a pure family business, with all members working without pay, that is the only way it works. In addition, we still produce small quantities of Churfirsten Whisky, Philips GIN, Toggenburger Absinth, Bire Rum. Our main product remains Altmaa Bitter.
