The Musée des moulins souterrains du Col des Roches (Museum of the Cave Mills of Le Locle) is located less than 2 km west of the watch manufactory. The former underground mills are unique in Europe. They were shut down towards the end of the 19th century and can now be visited as an industrial museum.
