Cable car ticket from Kandersteg to Oeschinen mountain station
Oeschinensee shuttle
The cable car runs with 8-person gondolas from Kandersteg and takes just under 5 minutes to reach the mountain station.
In summer, you can hike from Oeschinen mountain station to Oeschinensee in about 30 minutes. An electric shuttle also runs here for people with limited mobility. From Oeschinen mountain station, you can also ride the summer toboggan run.
In winter, you can toboggan or hike from the mountain station to Oeschinensee. The hiking trail down to Kandersteg is not accessible in winter.
Practical information:
A mandatory reservation strongly recommended for the cable car trip from Kandersteg to the Oeschinensee mountain station during the summer season—particularly when the weather is clear and on weekends. The reservation helps avoid long waiting times at the valley station and better coordinates visitor flow.

However, you only replied by telling us that you could send the parking ticket and the bank statement. Unfortunately, SBB will not grant a refund if we cannot prove the "non-use" of the original tickets. Without this proof, we unfortunately cannot submit a refund request to SBB.
