About Cheese Dairy La Maison du Gruyère

The House of Gruyère is a cheese-making show dairy in Gruyères. It gives you a great insight into the traditional production of the famous Gruyère cheese. Here you can experience the entire production process live, from milk processing to the aging of the cheese wheels. The dairy uses only fresh milk from local cows.
