Outdoor fondue party in Zermatt – A group experience under the stars

In this unique experience, you'll discover the cozy atmosphere of the Zermatt forests under a clear starry sky. Right in the middle of the forest, a bubbling fondue awaits you over a crackling fire, which you can enjoy together with a suitable drink.

Meet at 7:00 pm at the fire pit. You will find your guide directly at the fire pit in the forest. From the village (train station), you can reach the fire pit on foot in 30 minutes via a path with stairs and then a flat wooded area.

Enjoy a typical Swiss fondue outdoors in the fresh air in front of the crackling fire. After the fondue, you will walk back to the starting point in Zermatt.

Optionally, a second guide can pick you up at the hotel or an apartment and bring you back after the fondue.

• Duration: approx. 2 hours 30 minutes (including about 30 minutes walk up from the train station, 1 hour 30 minutes by the fire, 30 minutes walk back)

This activity offers you a special view of the clear night sky on a cloudless night, as it can be especially admired in the forests of Zermatt due to the region's low light pollution.

• What to bring: good sturdy shoes and warm clothes
