Description
The tour starts at 09:45 at Muglin Mall in Sta. Maria in Val Müstair. There you will meet your guide. As soon as all participants are present, the tour will start.
The tour will first take you through the beautiful grain garden and the old mill from the 17th century. Your guide will introduce you to the everyday life of a miller almost 300 years ago
In the second part you will go together to a cozy kitchen. There you will learn the art of baking bread. With the tour you follow the way of a grain to crispy bread. At the end, you can take home your own wood-fired bread.
The tour lasts a total of 3 hours. The tour ends at 12:45 p.m. at Muglin Mall in Sta. Maria.
Practical Information:
- In case the tour cannot be done, you will be contacted the night before at 5:00pm
Swiss Activities Tip
If you have more time in the beautiful Val Müstair, then you should definitely hike to the Lai da Rims. This hike is one of the most beautiful in the region. The glittering lake looks just great in the beautiful mountain landscape. The hike up is easy and the ascent takes about 1.5 hours.
