Description
On a 2.5-hour tour, you’ll trek through snowy forests and the plateau of the Flumserberg wearing snowshoes. Your guide will teach you the technique of snowshoeing. The tour is well suited for beginners.
The tour starts at 1:00 pm at the Flumserberg information point. You’ll hike with snowshoes alongside your guide in a group of at least five people. The route takes you through snowy woods on the Flumserberg where you'll look for tracks of local wildlife. Your guide will explain the survival strategies these animals use.
With a bit of luck, you might spot some wild animals in their natural habitat. The tour finishes at 3:30 pm.
Practical information:
- Minimum shoe size 35 due to snowshoes
- Tour takes place with a minimum of 5 participants (final decision by 10:00 am the day before)
