Sitterdorf Adventure Airfield

Sitterdorf Adventure Airfield in Thurgau combines a working airfield with a leisure and animal park for the whole family. Scenic flights depart from here for Säntis, over Lake Constance to the Rhine Falls, or into the Alps as far as the Matterhorn. There are also nostalgic flights in the historic Piper L4 and introductory flights where you can take the controls yourself. On the ground, children can enjoy a miniature railway, Ferris wheel and carousels, while the animal park is home to parrots, peacocks and fallow deer. Admission to the leisure and animal park is free, and it is open 365 days a year.
