This traditional pastry has a distinctive taste and has been popular in Basel for centuries. In the bakery, you can watch how the dough is made. Here, the staff also cut out the classic Leckerly shapes.
They explain every step to you and give you valuable insights into the small but crucial details of the baking process. After a tasting, the tour takes you to the packing workshop, where you get to pack your own Leckerly.
