HerImpact – Who Decides — You or AI?
AI is increasingly influencing the decisions we make — at work, in business and across society. But what happens when we start relying on AI without questioning its recommendations?
HerImpact brings together women from leadership, technology, law, business, science and society to discuss what this means for leadership, responsibility and trust.
This is not just about understanding AI. It is about knowing when to question it, when to challenge its recommendations and when to step in.
Because when AI influences a decision, someone still has to take responsibility.
Who asks the difficult questions? Who dares to challenge the output? And who has the authority to intervene when something is wrong?
These are the questions we will explore at HerImpact.
