Your bus journey starts in Lausanne, taking you past Lake Geneva through the Vaud Alps. You pass through the Bernese Oberland and arrive in Interlaken. From there, you continue to Lauterbrunnen and take the cable car up to the Schilthorn. The Schilthorn is also famous for its revolving restaurant Piz Gloria featured in the film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service".
At the Schilthorn, you'll explore the Walk of Fame, the viewpoint, and the Thrill Walk at the Birg mid-station. Afterwards, you'll have some free time to enjoy in Interlaken.
Swiss Activity Tips
The rotating restaurant Piz Gloria spins on two rings and seats more than 400 guests. It was built for the film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." On one side, you have a view of the majestic Alps with the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. On the other, you look out over Lake Thun and the picturesque Swiss Plateau. A full rotation takes 45 minutes.
