From Gstaad: Private day trip to Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald

The first stop is Interlaken, the lively heart of the Bernese Oberland. Nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, this town has attracted visitors since the 19th century. You can stroll through Höhematte Park, wander along the Höheweg promenade, or relax by the water while watching paragliders soar in the sky.

Next, the journey continues to the Lauterbrunnen Valley, known as the valley of 72 waterfalls. Water cascades down cliffs over 300 meters high, and the roar of the falls fills the whole area. From Lauterbrunnen, you take the cable car to Grütschalp and then the train to Mürren. This car-free mountain village sits high above the valley, offering sweeping views of the Alps. With its chalets and peaceful setting, Mürren looks like something out of a storybook.

From there, you head to the Schilthorn and Piz Gloria. Here you can relive scenes from the James Bond film shot on location in 1969. The revolving restaurant serves up a 360-degree panorama of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau peaks. If you like, you can also visit Bond World 007 with its film sets and interactive exhibits before returning to Lauterbrunnen.

The final stop is Grindelwald, a well-known mountain village at the foot of the Eiger North Face. You can explore the village streets, visit souvenir shops, or simply take in the views of glaciers, chalets, and alpine meadows.

In the evening, your chauffeur will comfortably bring you back to Gstaad. This concludes a day filled with famous Swiss highlights, impressive mountain landscapes, clear lakes, and iconic film locations.
