Description
You’ll discover the cooking techniques of Indian fire cuisine over an open flame. Together with other participants, you’ll prepare spices, ingredients, and cooking stations step by step.
You’ll experience how masala, cumin, and coriander release their full aroma over the fire. While cooking, you’ll watch naan puff up on the hot plate and a dal gently simmer.
Together, you’ll enjoy the meal you prepared yourself at an outdoor table in a friendly group.
Getting to the meeting point
You'll receive the exact meeting point from the provider after booking.
- If you're arriving by car, you can use a parking spot at the edge of the forest.
- If you're coming by public transport, you'll be picked up at Stammheim station.
From the parking spot at the forest edge, you’ll walk about 15 minutes to the fire pit.
Important Information
- The class is held with a minimum of 4 participants.
- Please bring weather-appropriate clothing for the forest, a filled water bottle, and a pocket knife for small cutting tasks during cooking (if you have one).
