Description
The city of Basel is one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Everything from historic buildings, to modern architecture and some famous museums enchants every visitor. On this self-guided tour of the city, you'll discover the different neighborhoods and solve fun puzzles.
The children become detectives themselves. The goal: to find the lost gemstone of a mysterious king. You walk from Barfüsserplatz to the St. Alban quarter and from there back to the center at the Schifflände. During the two hours Basil will pose you some tricky riddles. If you manage to solve all the riddles correctly, you have a good chance of winning the king's reward.

Swiss Activities Tip
In Basel you will find a variety of different museums. For children and families, the Papiermühle Museum is worth a visit. There you will discover impressive old machines for paper production. You will be introduced to the rich history of paper, writing and printing. Children can also try their hand at various exhibits.
