Description
Join an experienced Swiss Ranger for an exciting tour in the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Tektonikarena Sardona. In the Weisstannental valley, you can observe various wild animals in their natural habitat.
The tour starts at 09:15 at the Weisstannen post bus station in Oberdorf. The tour takes you through the remote Weisstannental valley, where you'll be greeted by incredible nature featuring waterfalls up to 80 meters high. The Swiss Ranger will share many fascinating stories about the nature and its inhabitants.
You'll be led to the best spots to observe animals like deer, roe deer, bearded vultures, chamois, and ibexes. With a bit of luck, you might have the chance to spot some animals in the wild.
The tour ends again at the starting point at 16:45.

- What to bring: weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy footwear, binoculars, snacks, lunch, drinks
- Difficulty level: Medium (560 meters elevation / about 4 km one way)
- Not suitable for persons with knee problems
