Description
In winter, ice bathing takes centre stage at Untersee in Arosa. The Eisbadi Arosa association has created a wonderfully simple bathing spot here, designed with great care. Ease into the icy water via a gentle entrance, with forest, snow and the mountains of Arosa all around you.
The single-entry ticket is for anyone with previous experience of ice bathing or winter swimming. Plunging into cold water stimulates body and mind, supports your immune system and boosts cardiovascular health. Afterwards, your body warms itself naturally — that’s all part of the experience.
You can also book the lakeside sauna separately, turning your ice bath into the perfect short break in the mountains.

- Bring: warm clothes, a towel, flip-flops, swimwear and a hat; a bathrobe and neoprene booties are optional
- Route: from the car park, walk past the restaurant entrance towards the children's playground, then continue to the entrance to Eisbadi
