Helicopter flight over glaciers with aperitif from Interlaken

The helicopter takes off from the base in Gsteigwiler near Interlaken for an unforgettable flight. It flies over the stunning mountain scenery of the Swiss Alps, passing by the famous trio of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.

It lands on the glacier at Petersgrat. Here, you'll enjoy a little aperitif surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and views. Afterwards, the helicopter continues on its route, giving you a bird's-eye view of the Schilthorn and Piz Gloria.

The Petersgrat is a mountain ridge in the Bernese Alps, around 3,200 m above sea level, marking the border between the cantons of Bern and Valais. The ridge is surrounded by several glaciers that stretch on both sides. The Kanderfirn glacier extends northward, while the Telling glacier goes south.

From the Petersgrat, you get an impressive 360-degree view of the Bernese and Valais Alps.

• To the north, you can see the Gasteretal, the Kander and Lauterbrunnen valleys, as well as prominent peaks like the Blüemlisalp massif, the Doldenhorn group, and further back, the Schreckhorn.
• To the east, the massive Jungfraumassiv with Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau unfolds before you.
• To the south, there's a fantastic view into the Lötschental, with the striking Bietschhorn as a focal point. On clear days, you can see as far as the Valais four-thousanders, including the Weisshorn, Dom, and even the Matterhorn.
• To the west, your gaze sweeps over the glacier area of the Telling glacier and the foothills of the Petersgrat towards the western Bernese Alps.

The high alpine landscape with its glaciers and firn fields makes the Petersgrat a spectacular viewpoint.
