Description

During the gin tour in Willisau, you’ll discover how gin is crafted hands-on at a commercial distillery. The journey starts in the herb garden where you learn which botanicals give gin its unique aromas. After an introduction to gin production, you get hands-on and take your first steps in the art of distilling.

In a team of up to five people, you’ll create your own gin and follow the distillate from its creation to the finished spirit. With your freshly distilled gin, you’ll head behind the bar and mix a delicious gin and tonic. Along the way, you’ll get tips on the perfect combo of gin, tonic, and garnish.

In the relaxed part, you’ll taste more gins from the distillery’s range and compare them with your own creation. All this is enjoyed alongside suitable regional specialties.
