You will learn some secrets of using different botanicals that influence the taste. After creating your own recipe to make the gin, your gin will be distilled. You will taste up to three gin and tonics during the workshop. You will be allowed to bottle, cork and seal your own created version - once it has been diluted to 40% vol. You can take the 500ml bottle home with you.
