Description
You take off in a hot air balloon in Western Switzerland and enjoy a traditional cheese fondue right in the basket during the ride. Before takeoff, you’ll be treated to an aperitif featuring local products while the balloon is being prepared. Up in the air, a Wyssmüller fondue with charcuterie is served, accompanied by ever-changing views of vineyards, fields, and mountain panoramas.
The fondue options range from Création and Assemblage to herb, pepper, or truffle varieties. After landing, the experience is rounded off with meringues served with Gruyère double cream and champagne. This way, you combine Swiss culinary delights with the peaceful drifting over a vast landscape.
